The last Mushaira has been organized at the instance of Last Mughal Emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar, depicts a complete view of events. The poets sitting in an orderly manner around the carpet, being presided over by Mirza Fakhr ud-din. In the opening, a messenger of the Emperor recites his Ghazal. Ghalib, Momin, Zauq and all living poets are present there. On the whole, it looks a view of the old days of 1845 A.D. when mushaira was held.
