‘To—The  King   Shelter  of  the  World  

RESPECTFULLY  SHEWETH,—That  on  his  departure  from  this, some  time  ago,  agreeably  to  Your  Majesty’s  orders,  to  attend to  the  arrangements  in  his  territory,  the Rajah  left  certain necessary  articles  here,  such  as  clothes,  etc  ,  which  he  has  now sent  for.  I  pray,  therefore,  that  a  passport  may  be  granted,  to the  effect  that  the  carts  coming  from  Ballabhgarh  are  not  to  be molested  by  any  one,  and  that  when  the  things  are  being  sent, the  Soldiers  at  the  Delhi  Gate  are  not  to  oppose  any  hindrance.  (Prayers  for  the prosperity  ofthe  reign.)  Petition  of the  menial  slave,  Ahmad  Ali,  confidential  Agent  ofthe  Rajah of  Ballabhgarh.  Seal  of  Ahmad  Ali. Mirza  Moghal  will  have  the  pass  made  out  and  given.
