The Khans (or Khakaans as they were styled) of Transsoxiana are printed in capitals. The same prince sometimes is found in more than one place on the table: e.g. Kaidu, Ruyurgatmish, and Babur, and two Khakaans, Ulugh Beg and Mahmood, appear both as governors and supreme Khans. When more than one prince of the same name occurs in the table, the distinction is marked by numbers.
